Why isn't Bush "cleaning his glasses on Maria Popes Sweater" Everywhere?
Edited on Thu Apr-29-04 07:37 PM by KoKo01
What President would do this kind of thing when they were out in the "Public?" We know they have "servants" in the White House catering to their every need, and every President might have had some "in the WH" arrogance like this.

But, this P-Resident was "on the road!" On Letterman FGS! He reaches over and grabs Letterman's Assistant and WIPES HIS GLASSES on HER SWEATER?

Why isn't this EVERYWHERE! This video caputures it ALL about the "CHIMP-IN-THIEF!" We are ALL his SERVANTS!

How would you feel about a person who thinks it is okay to grab your shirt and use it clean their eyeglasses?
-------------------
That's how arrogant our President is. During a commercial break on the David Letterman show, producer Maria Pope was on stage and discussing something with Letterman, and while she was standing there in front of Bush, George leaned forward, grabbed the back of her sweater and used it to clean his glasses. Check out the Quicktime video.

4. Who cares? Kerry is being trashed for 1971! No video's have surfaced
showing disgusting behavior like this? Why didn't we see this in 2000 Campaign? Why didn't we know he hadn't disclosed his FULL draft records or about the Saudi Funding of his failed businesses? And all the other stuff about him?

This one incident, though, shows how he thinks of people more than investigating his "National Guard Records" or all the rest.

This guy doesn't give shit about us. He uses us as the "caption says" as KLEENEX!

7. Was it really bush?
I just heard today that it was a bush impersonator, not the real asshole. Is that wrong?

14. Yeah right. It's definitely the Letterman show
The other thing that happened on that show was when Bush joked about Florida being all wrapped up. I saw it after the election in a re-run and it was chilling. He basically said his brother was taking care of it.

8. No one will care.
No one cares about the lies, death and obvious idiocy of the guy. What makes you think anyone will care about this? This is the least of his transgressions.

11. This should be an ad on national television.
Personally, this really horrifies me, and I think it would be very disturbing to most Americans to view their resident sneakily wiping off his dirt on someone. The thought of doing something like that would never even cross my mind.

Americans need to see how Bu$h really feels about them.

Bu$h, born into a powerful family of wealth and privelege, is so cluelessly arrogant that he probably does not even realize that this is a blatant expression of contempt for those he obviously considers to be his personal servant class.

(And yes, everything Bu$h does horrifies me, but this little breech of common decency is a direct live and uncut insight into his real character.)

13. CBS has the rights to the video
and probably shares them with WorldWide Pants.

I'm sure Letterman (WorldWidePants) would happily give up the rights, but CBS would be a different story.

12. In part because it was 5 years ago.
And in part because people don't care.

Hell, half of the public would probably claim that he has a right to be an asshole.
