82% of polled say 'Bush is no friend of ours'
The most recent poll published on CTV says that 82% of Canadians dislike Pres. Bush and wish he was out of power...

"This has become a visceral, intense dislike for a president that happens to be our next door neighbour," he told CTV News, describing a simmering dislike for the man that dates back to his winning the keys to the Oval Office three years ago."

Stupid liberal... right wing.... far from left... media!

2. So, are we gearing up for a war with Canada, or what?
I have been seeing a ton of anti-Canadian rhetoric lately in the media.

Its seriously starting to remind me of the movie Canadian Bacon.

5. Well... you could TRY
But looking at previous attempts, I wouldn't suggest it ;)

Follow O'Reilly's lead, boycott Canada! Turn off everything electric in your house if you live in California, New York, or a bunch of the northern states! Stop drinking water! Just stop! Right now! Break down those Canadian socialist assholes who're socialist enough to share their water, power, etc. with you! God damn freedom hating jerks.

(Don't even ask where I was going with that, I lost myself along the way)

6. It happens
I always get caught up in my own rants when replying, and usually go WAY off on a tangent.

Consider yourself lucky if I post more than ten or fifteen sentences and somehow manage to stay on topic.

3. Hats off to Canada. And shame on Americans.
Well, Chimpy's numbers have been going down recently to the mid-40's in approval rating.

I wish it was in the 20's.

7. Oh no!
Don't sic that raving lunatic on me! He's one thing Canada can't deal with, for serious. We aren't used to raving lunatics up here, the closest thing we have is Don Cherry, and he's a hockey freak so we kind of excuse his psychosis.
And even then, there is talk of firing him.

8. Yeah, LOL, I flipped through yesterday or Tuesday or sometime
Just in time to see him complain about how Canada doesn't appreciate Faux's "fair and balanced" take on things. Apparently that means they hate freedom. And, all the while, I just thought it meant that Canadians knew fascist propaganda when they saw it, and it made them turn the channel in disgust.

Forget alliances with the reich wingers. No matter what your history is, if you even try to correct them on something they will become your worst enemy faster than you can say "blitzkreig".

13. No, and BBC is an option on Satellite coverage
And programs are sometimes aired on PBS. But otherwise, no.

And, no, we don't get news channels from other countries.

I guess I shouldn't find it so strange that Canada is being called down for not accpeting a thrid news source from a country that doesn't really accept any outside news sources...

But I do.

I read the brit papers which usually are sane. And less biased.

When you name CNN, MSNBC, and Faux News you are talking about
ALL FAUX news ALL THE TIME
