Dead air on AAR
I luanch the real player and that it loads up, but then there is just dead air...i can hear nothing. Anyone else having that problem?

That dead air thing happens from time to time. It doesn't last long, usually.

3. I did also maybe they finally found out you aren't supposed to air
local commercials on a web stream. Most radio stations don't air local commercials on a wev stream, I guess it is some FCC rule. They usually have a notification on their site that mentions that you should expect dead air.

4. Last Day In Chicago...
No dead air here...for once. I'm catching what I can while I can. Tomorrow I expect Korean or Chinese on 950AM. No word on any replacement affiliate.

7. Yep...Tomorrow
Not clear on what exactly has happened...just that the owner, Multicultural Broadcasting can cancel AAR programing as of midnight tonight. It's part of the same mess that got the network yanked in L.A.

No Chicago replacement station has been found (calling Fred Eychanner....isn't one of our 4 AM stations available???).

it sounds like dead air during their commercials. After the commercials end, it comes back.

17. for me it's been a dead feed for nearly 45 minutes
I keep restarting the listen live from the site, but nada.
