and this is just a continuation of the process. The Bushies ignored and are in violation of the Geneva Convention with regard to the refusal to treat the Gitmo detainees as POWs. Technically, these detainees had to be treated as POWs unless a competent tribunal determined that such detainees did not qualify for POW treatment. Rummie and Cheney refused to allow any such hearings and so the US is currently violating the Geneva Convention.
The torture examples on these photos are just continuation of the Bushies disregard for the rule of law.
