I actually feel a bit sorry for George
Edited on Fri Apr-30-04 05:08 PM by SoCalDem

His war's in the shitter
He cannot use his carefully staged carrier photos from the campaign
He got caught being a racist AGAIN..and on TV
His veep got "cautioned" about an upcoming speech
The cartoonists are making fun of him with a vengeance
His economy seems to be rebounding, except people are still losing jobs, and have no money
The oldsters don't want his phony drug card
His "formers" are all writing tell-all books
Condi slipped and called him "husband"
His soldiers got caught redhanded perpetrating atrocities
He had to turn to Saddam's army to bail us out
The whole world still hates him
No one believes his Guard stories, and he can't find anyone who really "served" with him
Kerry has 5 medals, and he has 5 fillings..

I bet he REALLLLLY wants to be in Crawford, slugging down a sixpack

2. The economy is rebounding to net zero.
Considering how far below zero it's gone under Bush*, just getting back up to square #1 isn't an accomplishment to brag about.

So many folks have lost so much that this ridiculous claim of an economic recovery is just another slap in their faces.

3. Get lost, - you should be ashamed of yourself.
Don't ever say you feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for all the people his lies have killed.

4. Save your pity
for the service men and women who are dying and getting maimed for his lies and delusions. Time to reopen the Nuremberg court room.

7. Don't know the link, but
it was a cocktail party being hosted by Sulzberger, publisher of the NY Times. Maureen Dowd was there and other NY Times people. Condi started to say something like, "...the other day my husb... the president said..."
