I know some of us were ridiculed when we spoke of coups after 12-12-2000 |
|
but treason now is a fit subject to discuss. We have some traitors in this administration that have attempted a coup of sorts imo.
All power to the people, like it says in our Constitution.
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

1. Riducule would be a proper response to a 'coup' .... |
|
Change should come from the 'people', not from a 'coup' ....

3. What do you think the neo-conservatives are all about? |

They've failed, yet have achieved some of the goals of PNAC. You may define coup differently than I do. I call it a coup, of sorts, when this administration's inner circle call themselves "the shadow government", "the Cabal", "the Vulcans" and hide behind a badly abused national security umbrella and Executive Privilege-well what's democratic about that?
When professional intelligence and military leadership advice and warnings are overruled to further a political agenda that's coming from an administration that was installed by SCOTUS decision, well isn't that a coup, of sorts?
When you have private armies employed that can give orders to US military members and US military being ordered to take reprisals for mercenaries you have a coup, of sorts, imo.

make it clear to the people, and allow them to act. The victory would then be deeper, sweeter, and more enduring. Neoconservatism may well be a dead horse a year or three from now ...
As for treason. Yes. In high places.
