It was $2.13/gal 2 weeks ago and $1.99/gal 2 weeks before that. WTF is going on?

Luckily I don't use my car much and only have to fill her up every two weeks...Last time I filled up (right after May 1st) the price was $1.95 , so, up 30 cents a gallon in just two weeks!

I drive a company vehicle (about 250 miles a day) for a living, fill up every day, and it was about 1.70 here a couple weeks ago..... It's been going up pretty steady, about 2-3 cents a day.....
