It was $2.13/gal 2 weeks ago and $1.99/gal 2 weeks before that.
WTF is going on?

1. Peak oil? Market manipulation? Cost of gas-guzzlers on reserves?
Any one of those scenarios?

2. Have you tried voting for Bush?
Seems like having an oil President would make oil dirt cheap.

In theory.

6. $2.25 a gallon for regular in Portland...
Luckily I don't use my car much and only have to fill her up every two weeks...Last time I filled up (right after May 1st) the price was $1.95 , so, up 30 cents a gallon in just two weeks!

7. went up at about the same rate here.....
I drive a company vehicle (about 250 miles a day) for a living, fill up every day, and it was about 1.70 here a couple weeks ago.....
It's been going up pretty steady, about 2-3 cents a day.....
