I was listening to CSPAN this morning and there were a few kool-aid drinkers on trying to explain away why there is continuing unrest in Iraq and the whole prison abuse scandal.

One man claimed that Saddam was in cahoots with the CIA and he was still directing everything from inside U.S. captivity. (No, that's bin Laden. We just haven't decided to catch him yet. After all, you can't roll out a new product until after Labor Day. ;-) )

Another caller was totally going off on Hillary, saying she was conspiring with the enemy in Iraq. She suggested that since the photos came out shortly after her visit there, that she worked with people there to stage them to help bring down our great leader.

I mean, how fucking stupid are these people. They believe that a family like the Clintons, of which there are exactly two powerful people in only one generation, is capable of massive, vast far reacing conspiracies and that they contaminate everything.

BUT they don't think it is even likely that a family that has been wealthy elitist assholes for many years, made money by backing the Nazis up to and even during WWII, and has (with members of their administration) been very powerful and influential in politics for the past thirty years would not have any type of secrets, and that they would not do literally anything necessary to reach and keep power.


Why is it perfectly rational that one couple from Arkansas that was relatively unknown before 1991 is behind thousands of secret murders, conspiracies, and deaths while it is just insane to think that a group of treasonous, elitist, wealthy snobbish assholes would do something like rig an election?
