So * said in a statement before his pep talk at the Army War College that
"America will fund the construction of a modern, maximum-security prison. When that prison is completed, detainees at Abu Ghraib will be relocated. Then, with the approval of the Iraqi government, we will demolish the Abu Ghraib prison as a fitting symbol of Iraq’s new beginning,” it added.

Gee - I wonder who's gonna get the contract to build it the new super-max?:

1. Symbol of Iraq's New Beginning? Is that like razing the Jap-American
concentration camps used in WW II so that people can use the demolition as a reflective point?

3. today
the Iraqis said; It's not up to the Americans to decide. They want to keep it as a symbol against Saddam and The American Occupation!!!
How about that!
They start to speak for their self as they should!

4. First occupants of new prison should be...
...The Bush Gang. With no A/C.

5. If someone can help me out
I thought I read a few years ago that the bush family is one of the families that own a company that builds prisons. Is this true and what is the name of the company?

6. Prison doesn't belong to Bush. Let your free Iraqis
do what they want with it. AND if a new prison is to be built, for God's sake hire Iraqis to build it.

7. So Proud To Be An American !
Building new prisons for the Iraqis. Well, that changes my tune. I'm behind this war all the way now ! This new strategy will go a long way to win the hearts and minds of the Iraqi people. No longer will they be tortured in old and dilapidated prisons. Now they will be tortured in new, state-of-the-art facilities ! And no more embarrassing cell phone pictures to worry about ! This is a grand plan by our Wise President, and all patriotic Americans should get behind him now !

8. Sure... Torture in a "shiny new modern building" is the answer!
I can only hope the karma earned by these Bush sociopaths does not land on us all!

9. And I would guess that the brand new modern PRISON
will be the FIRST new major facility to be completed in Iraq by American contractors. Before a new university, before a new hospital, before a new high school, before a new court house.

What a boon we are to our friends in Iraq.
