1. I'm going to go with Syria |
|
They seem to be provoking Syria a little more these days. They will restart the draft in time to have conscripts sent to Iraq to replace the more combat experienced soldiers who will be sent to Syria.

It's close. Easy to attack. Won't bother the furriners much, he can have his brother help out. And, it has lots of resources. Like Disney. Logistics are a snap. After that, the next country would be Quebec. damn frenchies.
Geography by shrub.

He's got Chavez in his crosshairs.

18. Second the vote for Venezuela |
|
Largest oil exporter to the US, leftist government, politically unstable, weak army. Of course the excuse will be that we're "freeing" the venezuelans (who are already "free"), and to apply pressure on the colombian rebels (War on drugs? Chimp hasn't used that one yet).

other than that he doesn`t have the forces to invade any other country. Iran has an army and navy-they won`t roll over and play dead. North Korea can destroy up to 25 miles of the South Korean border area in the first barrage of the war.

Nice small weak target. N. Korea has nukes, so forget them. Iran is too big. Even with a draft it would probably be couple years before the military had the manpower to attempt an invasion/occupation of Iran.

it will be in the Middle East. Iraq makes a good launching point for aircraft and missiles. Plus the Persian Gulf already has our Atlantic Battle group sitting there.
but don't count out N.Korea, remember they do have WMD's. I personal don't blame them either, it i was on Shrubs shit list I would have a nuke also.

10. They really do need to finish up in Iraq first. |

Should it come to that, I would expect the next one would be a slam-dunk, something Haiti-like but less well armed. We could do Grenada again, maybe?

22. Clarke had an interesting theory on Grenada in his book. |
|
He points out that Raygun invaded Grenada shortly after the Marine barracks bombing in Beirut. He postulates that Grenada was a sort of "kick the dog" thing, to show those bastards that the mighty U.S.A. could still beat the crap out of someplace, somewhere.

that or Venezuela. It does has a lot of oil, and a Leftist dictator* who's threatening to export his evil ideology of feeding poor people to other countries.
* The definition of dictator has been changed to person voted into high office with massive public support in a fair election. This is why Bush* isn't a dictator.

32. Maybe Iran... not sure |
|
Iran seems to be a growing threat but if we show that we mean business they may cease their weapons building activities. I wouldn't call it conquest time since we are handing over sovereignty to Iraq and Afghanistan. That seems like an overstatement.

Not even shrub is that stupid. well, wait. let me think about that.
Naw, the problem is his friends and co-enablers in the House of Saud are about to lose big-time. I wouldn't be surprised if there a revolution there, in the very , very, near future, and that shrub has made some secret deals to keep them propped up.
Saudi attacks, the undercurrent of hatred, discontent and lack of opportunity throughout that country have made it a tinderbox, second only to the yute movement in Iran. Too many pampered princes, too few jobs and relief from a overly top heavy, abusive burro-cracy.
It may not be an attack so much, as a request for Saud to save their collective ass.
No, Georgie needs a clean, quick victory. Forget Miami, forget Mass., I now think that Micronesia will be the target. Out of the way (hard for newsies to get there) an easy target, (lots of pacific forces available) and a quick victory is guaranteed (they spend 0.03% of their GDP on national defense)
