Iraqi Prison General being Investigated
Last night on CBS News they did a story on the female general who was in charge of the Abu Grahib (spelling - sorry) prison in Iraq. This is the general that was relieved of her duty after the first photos were released on 60 Minutes II a few weeks ago. There is now an "investigation" going on about how this woman was promoted to Brigadier General (one star). Sources have said that about 2 years ago she was stopped by a security guard coming out of a store with a $22 bottle of perfume. The general said it was a misunderstanding. She has hired an attorney. The inference is that she is being made the scapegoat for the prison scandal.
