1. You shouldn't ...

George doesn't seem really engaged in the day to day details. He only seems interested in the campaigning end of things (which he is good at).

I don't think Bush did it. But after it came out, I don't think he cared. The administration SPECIFICALLY requested 24 hours until they would be REQUESTED to produce documents.

You just have to wonder how many documents were shredded during their "obstruction of justice" starting delay.

3. I don't think he's stupid, but definitely not...
...smart. Perhaps just enough intelligence to bring his nastiness to a cunning level. See, if he plays Dumbya, he doesn't shoulder as much of the blame for things. He was just a "victim" of his powerful smart advisors.

Remember, he, along with Rove, learned all about maliciousness and lying at Atwater's knee, as it were. I think he is as downright spiteful, cunning, and evil as his compatriots. The dumb act is just that, an act. It moves attention off of him, and he is free to act unhindered (Clinton NEVER had a moments peace, and everyone knows how intelligent he is). It's all a feint. I believe he has a much bigger role in all this crap than any but a chosen few realize. Remember, the orders have to come from somewhere.

He is a classic sociopath. Check this http://home.datawest.net/esn-recovery/artcls/socio.htm out for a rundown of the characteristics of a sociopath. It's scary because all but one or two signs fit him to a T.

Here's a few:

Glibness/Superficial Charm
Manipulative and Co(u)nning
Grandiose Sense of Self
Pathological Lying
Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
Need for Stimulation
Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility

Our country is being run by a sociopath. This is the scariest thing in the world.

4. Of course Bush was part of the outing.
He and Rove go back over 30 years pulling dirty political tricks. They worked with Atwater since the early 70s.

Never forget that Bush was a political strategist. The press gives him a pass on it. In fact, most people are still completely unaware of his dirty trickster past.

5. yeah, and the meanest and most vindictive
I think he coud have done that whole thing on his own (through his evil minions, of course) and yes he is stupid, so that is why it is all unraveling.

6. He is Petty and vindictive, not to mention cruel
He was probably the one to say "Get that bastard" "Fuck him like he's never been fucked before" to quote KKKarl Rove. I'm sure he and Rove discussed it in great detail. He is a mean spiteful man that deserves only scorn.

8. And You Gotta Look At Novack
That whore Novack, how far down the food chain do you think his scruples would apply? If he had got the information from some life timer bearucrat he'd have disclosed his source in a heartbeat, same thing with some under Secretary. I don't see that whore Novack staying quiet for anyone less than Bush or Cheney.
