Didn't DU do a "fall guy" prediction re: Iraq, about a year ago?

As in who would be the one who would take the blame for the already-knowned failures and ultimate doom of the Iraq war policy.

If I remember correctly, most answered Condi followed by Tenet.

It's an intriguing question, but I don't really remember. I imagine you're right... DU tends to be on top of things long before they happen.
