RW Radio host's comments about Bill Clinton today
Edited on Fri Jun-04-04 07:38 PM by wyldwolf
Neal Boortz... I think he saw the CSPAN book speech.

Paraphrased:

Bill Clinton is the democratic party's rock star. If he were running against Bush it wouldn't even be close. Bush could come down from parted clouds on a ray of light and still lose in a landslide to Bill Clinton.

4. Be careful
Boortz is using this to say that Kerry is not Clinton.

5. What he was actually saying was...
... that the race was close as most are predicting it to be but admitted Kerry is ahead. Boortz has already stated he feels there is a strong possibility Bush will lose.

It was his 12 noon guest, Washington Reporter Jamie Dupree (who is always very fair) who brought up Clinton.

who is on the 9-11 commission, in an interview with Larry King, I think, called Big Dog the best politician he had ever seen in his life--and he's in his 60's at least. He said Clinton gave them as much time as they needed; in fact, they had to tell him to stop--they had to go home. He was smiling when he said it--I was shocked. Could it be that even the Repubs admire him? I'm hearing this kind of thing even from wingnuts. BIG DOG ROCKS!!

EDIT: Sorry--this was in response to orig message!

13. The Big Dog struck a nerve, I take it?
If the Freepers saw his book speech, they must be eating nails now. They probably learned more about government and American history (if they could understand it) than in all their years in school.
