Should Bush STAY or GO?
Haven't we all hosted parties that have taken untold hours of thought and preparation. Most of the time things go off as planned. Sure there are always little glitches that seem catastrophic at the time, those glitches usually become the memories transcending into stories of laughter.. some of relief, blessings and some just plain unbelievable..

Then there are the guests. Ever thrown a party where the guests never seem to want to leave? Yes, I've been there and done that. Even turned the lights off...and found a lonely candle or two flickering seconds later.

I guess, what I'm trying to say is, how can a man continue to ignore the fact that he is doing something wrong that is so reprehensible to the rest of the world and that his past actions have made him the most disrespected, hated man in the World? Yet he carrys on day in and day out..living in a state of denial, refusing to acknowledge the good will of the people he pretends to govern.

Should Bush Stay or Should he GO?

Your thoughts and opinions welcome-

We need to clean this freakin' place up, and he's just laying around on the couch, throwing empty chip bags and beer cans everywhere.

3. Singing
Darling you gotta let him know
Should Bush stay or should Bush go?
If you say that you are his
He'll be here 'til the end of time
So you got to let him know
Should Bush stay or should Bush go?

Parody of a Clash song. "Should I stay or should I go?"

6. A little Phil Ochs, updated
Oh, here's to the land you've torn out the heart of
Georgie Bush, find yourself another country to be part of

Here's to the government of Georgie Bush
Where the wars are fought in secret,
Pearl Harbor every day
And he punishes with income tax
That he don't have to pay
And he's tapping our librarians
Just to hear what they might say

Oh, here's to the land you've torn out the heart of
Georgie Bush, find yourself another country to be part of

7. sometimes polite society forgets
"should" does not mean "will"...sometimes "unwelcome guests" do not choose to leave at all, and I see where you're going with this metaphor...in a polite way you are saying you find yourself held hostage?

Unfortunately, there are no cops to call in this case...unless you wish to be pepper-sprayed or hog-tied into accepting his "right" to trash your house...

"Using one's wits" is always something worth considering...Even the politest and most magnanimous of us harbors at some level the darkest ideas imaginable...

Patience is also a virtue...if your unwelcome guest plans on staying a few years longer it helps to get to know him better...remember the slogan, "Know your Enemy?"

Know as much as you can gather about him...And remember, birds are beautiful animals, they sing what is their truth...And people who care are beautiful also, think of your own abilities to make things right...Keeping silent is not the way...
I have no idea if I make any sense, after all I am a lowly post thread killer hanging about on a hot Friday evening...

10. Actually, freerepublic has been a virtual dead zone..
I've noticed a massive exodus from there (of crossover posting)
here since our arrogant leader's clay feet have been exposed.

I guess none of them truly believe he belongs in the WH
Otherwise, they would be here trying to defend the indefensible.
