that everywhere Cheney goes there's an ambulance ready and waiting. Ask anyone who's gone to protest whenever he's shown up in their area. The motorcade ALWAYS has an ambulance (sometimes two, I've heard) with lights flashing. And it's NEVER reported in the media.

Perhaps the reason he spends so much time in an "undisclosed location" is that he's almost constantly under a doctor's care.
