Home care agencies are forcing Home Health Aides to go on strike by refusing to pay them the living wage and benefits they deserve.

Join Senator Chuck Schumer and Governor Howard Dean at 10:00 AM on June 7th at 42nd Street between 8th and 9th Avenues to support the Home Health Aides in their fight for dignity and fairness.

More at the link. I think this is important. This is true activism. Good for both of them.
