For those who believe in god, do you think/what do you think? Reagan |

dying the same weekend as the D-Day anniversary means? People might be surprised that because I am so strongly anti-religion that I believe in God, but I do, and sometime's things happen that make me believe it more. Do you think it was purely coincidental, or do you think you can draw some symbolism between the 2 events. People say that Reagan was as important a human being and American as FDR, at least as important as any other since. I don't know if I agree, but I don't necessarilly disagree. I think he was a bad president, but I won't deny he was very influential. He changed his political party alot. Almost if not as much as FDR did his.

the names Reagan and FDR in the same.
Sentence.
There, I avoided it.
I believe in God, but I ascribe no extra meaning to when Reagan died. He died. End of story.

and did not want Bush to get any traction.
Compared to Bush Reagan seems almost angelic and compared to Reagan Bush looks just the same: like an assh*le. Everybody can smell it.

on anniversaries. While I am religious, I do not think this indicates much other than that there is an awareness in people, even in comas, or the later stages of death.

same day: July 4, 1826, the fifty year anniversary (well, celebrated anniversary, the actual signing and writing of the Declaration of Independence was done on other dates).

Reagan's long, painful battle with an incurable terminal illness only makes me think back to how he completely disregarded the AIDS epidemic until it was too late because it only affected gays at the time.

and after the initial outburst yesterday from so many and what is up with the media, and the soft foundation repugs built on with lies and brainwashing, i am seeing a wonderful opportunity here for even the most unaware to become aware. my feel is not long we will have something huge happen, and all this is to prime people to be in position to become aware. i think our world is moving into another time, if we chose a more peaceful path. i certainly think we are being given opportunities all over the place. evolution. 9/11 was a wonderful opportunity to become a better people, bush allowed many to piss it away in fear, a lot of people tho stepped beyond the 3d world
i think the reagan death is going to allow real reflection on what reagan created that allowed bush. i think it is time to put this republican to rest.
will see though, grin
