Why do Freepers invade our Board ?

I’ve seen a fair amount of questioning concerning this issue, Especially since the death of Ronald Reagan, God I cant wait to stop hearing that name.
I am new here at DU and find it a refreshing get a way from the constant tag team approach of the Neo Con Right that have invaded so many local boards.
The loud obnoxious minority, If you go by the vote count that is.

Now I know that some of us go to Freeper boards such as Hannities and such, But harassment seems to be the motive, That and screwing up the Freeper Polls they run that makes them feel so superior
.
But why oh why do they come here and “Lurk” , Reporting the things they see back to their local Freeper forums, I just don't get it .
I also know for a fact that it happens since I’m on the “Trail” of one now.
Perhaps one of you Freepers would like to explain this to me ?

I don't visit Freeper Boards , Other than to screw up one of their polls at a fellow DUers request.
As I’ve said, Our local board is crawling with them, And that’s enough for me.
I will not go out of my way to read the “TRASH” that they try to pretend is reality.
It’s really not good for one’s mental health.

Oh, How do you know I’m not a Freeper ?
Well, Good question, I don't know what to say about that other than keeping an eye on my post, I could insult them, But then again that’s what I would expect from a Freeper.

12. Some people just sit back when they do not believe and others

like to get into it and fight for what they believe in. It seems the Dem tend to let the world do as it likes and the GOP seem to want it to go their way. I think it is what makes each party what it is. They are, it seems, very closed minded about other views and we seem to be a more live and let live group. He often finds the posts that are the most radical and reports on them. Not bothering of course to even attempt to show the more media freindly or centrist people on the board, since that wouldn't support his biased slant on life.

They're all ignorant close minded people whose greatest wish is exactly the same as Al-Qaida, to make everyone think exactly the same way they do. And to create their own perfect little lock step world. Nothing but a bunch of stupid fascists with no understanding of much of anything. Most of all history.

There is this “Freeper” who claims to be a refugee from one of the former Soviet Block Satellites.
He goes on and on about the left, How despicable they are and what not.
He holds the Repukes up as the defenders of freedom with his constant rants about the Reagan defeated Communism lie.

I asked him once, (With no reply) “Why, If you love this Country so much are you so hell bound in turning it into the same type of hell that you came from, A one party authoritarian system ?

Since, As I’ve said I’m hot on the “Trail” of one now.
They post things that showcase the “Liberal” mind in a poor light.
Usually without comment, I think I’ve seen it described as trolling.

Then when someone “Bites”, They go back to their home boards and publish what was said about this or that subject.

think about them. they hate everything they disagree with. politically, they defend to the death administrations that are corrupt to the core. they have a wall of invincibility around themselves that's convinced them they're somehow "better" than people of other political persuasions. and their idols -- rush, hannity, et. al. -- are rude, incivil half-wits whose only great talent is to shout down anyone they don't like.

is the root. Confrontation and engagement with other human beings, even if it's negative, (and they may be ill-equipped for positive engagement) gives these hollow people a sense of self. We all know these people. The freeper men don't have women in their lives. The women freepers are pathetically reliant on men. Few have any enduring personal relationships. They crave attention. And not being well-educated or attractive people (physically or mentally), this is all they have. They're not doing well outside of cyber world.
