Proposal: Reagan gets a coin when the budget is in surplus again

Alternative proposal: Reagan gets a coin--maybe the 50 cent piece, when the Bush tax cuts are paid for.

I don't think that would be appropriate.

They're profligate borrow and spenders. There's no chance in hell Reagan will get a coin under those conditions! Or, better stated, there's a better chance that there is a hell for Reagan to spend eternity in than that he'll get a coin under those conditions!
