with that said, though, what sent him into this manic phase... there's usually a trigger.

press conference (may?) - he goes on and on that a "Polish led international NATO force" would provide security in Iraq (trying to tell the public that our service folks wouldn't be there indefinitely). He was turned down - no NATO help... and in a press conference (?) makes it sound as if it isn't a turn down... says something to the effect of: We never expected that NATO would send troops, but we hope that they will help provide training to Iraqis.

|
June the Eleventh, either 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM Eastern daylight Time
If not 6/11, then 9/11 something will happen. If it's in this administration's control it'll be stopped so we can all ooooh and aaaah at how they saved us... if it's under terrorist control it may succeed. And it'll be *nasty*!
It'll hit either Washington DC or San Francisco.
Mark my words.
And I SO hope I'm dead wrong about it!! I'll be delighted if I am.

Bush will be in town tomorrow. He's probably just plotting how his eulogy will take the spot light off Ronnie and put it back on him where it belongs.
Not to mention, how Reagan's death really pulled attention away from the G8 summit so he can think he got away with something there, too.

He did well at the G8 mending fences and attempting to bring in a real coalition into Iraq. Yes, Bush and Chirac are oil and vinegar, but they seem to be trying to work together and we do need everyones support, just like Kerry has been saying
Plus, and this is just one mans opinion, tomorrow is do or die for him. How he handles the reagan thing will either give him momentum into the summer and fall or it will backlash and Kerry will win by a landslide.

How about good private poll numbers, with a shining hour planned for tomorrow?

i'm thinking back to a few weeks ago when we got that "terror alert" from ashcroft, but there was a disconnect in the gov't, with cia and homeland dept. it was a HUGE deal, then NOTHING. then a week later, tenet quits the cia. a week after that, reagan dies, and 6/11 is tomorrow. now bush is acting like he's on top of the world, believing that he is KING of the world...
i'm not usually a tinfoiler at all, but something is definitely up... even if we don't find out soon what brought his glee today, rest assured, something did.

73. Umm far be it from me to suggest a protocol for Bush. |
|
But.. don't you think he might tone it down a bit? The country is still supposedly mourning Regan's death. Think the hard core GOP are happy that Bush is acting like PeeWee Herman (on t.v., not in the move theatre) at G8 while they're trying to whip up maudlin mania over Reagan's death?

I noticed his manner today. He also talked as Reagan was in the present tense. He seems self assured. Happy. This may sound strange and I am definately a realist not a tin foiler but....... I can't bring myself to turn loose of some of my bill paying money till after the 11th or 15th. I can't explain it. I always pay my bills on the first and rarely ever pass the 10th. Sure its tight this month but it is like deep inside I know I am goin to need every single penny. I am not a psychic or crazy but time and time again just before something happens, even in my family, well especially in my family I get a feeling something is about to happen or not right. Today I got that 10 times over. Maybe I am nuts..Don't think so. I am like the starter of the thread. Very very nervous about somethin and he is at the bottom of it !

I can't stop this gut feeling that we are on the eve of destruction and he knows. I feel he is part of it if not all of it.

I am never sure now a days on what tomorrow may bring. I tend to think however that todays performance was a reflection of his being totally out of touch with reality and not a harbinger of things to come.

The second line was We will be paying respects to President Reagan tonight like the guy was still president and was gonna have a tea party or something with them. Still came off to me in the present tense. I could have sworn I heard is instead of was. But The Monkey screws up so much ..and I trust they would polish more of his misspeaks..who knows? Thanks for the transcript ! Me not knowing for sure bugged me. LOl We got the transcript but we still don't know for sure huh? All those media whores ! Thanks for link anyway.

Sort of like a magician.
Methinks the "Leader of the Free World" has seen one too many Harry Potter movies.
Either that or he's totally gone around the bend. I hope the Secret Service has orders to shoot him if he ever goes near the "Football".

hustle up some extra money. Hell I took a full time job too after working part time and running my business the rest of the time. Not gonna watch em knock down the old Endicott building anymore, Dobe. I am obsessed with paying off every bill and battening down the hatches.

89. Now that is strange...We are remodeling to take my Dad in |
|
But I think he has to move in as is. the basement is unfinished and I can't turn lose of the money right this second. Can't explain. I don't care about money, I just feel I got to hang onto it for a few weeks. We are on a fixed income too. Not the kinda wise thing to do. Bills pile up and there is no more coming in till the 1st.

Tomorrow he gets to lead the WORLD in prayer for the late great Ronald Raygun. (At least in his skewed world view.)
He just knows some of that 'shine' is going to rub off on him.
Plus, he got to drive that cool little presidential golf cart around the G8. (I'm sure that's on it's way to Crawford!)
I just heard a bit of audio from the press conference today and it just confirmed for me that he is one crazy little shit...
Lord help us!
