She always looks beautiful and radiant when Chirac kisses her on the hand. The picture in France when she was there for some UNESCO thing was her best picture ever - and Chirac was doin' his Gomez thing. Usually the First Lady looks kinda dumpy. But she shines around Chirac. Maybe its not such a party being married to Bush.
