Question about Bush administration "miscalculations" |
|
Watching the news about the State Dept. underestimating the number of terrorist attacks in 2003, and hearing Powell assure us that it was not an attempt to "cook the books," a question ocurred to me...
Has any of the numerous such "miscalculations" erred in the direction that is unfavorable to Bush politically?
Off the top of my head, they all seem to have favored Bush, which seems kind of unlikely, statistically speaking.

The most dishonest Admnistration ever: George W. Bush Administration.
They'll lie about anything.

When you stop trying to believe that these folks give one damn about the truth. They care about two things: POWER, and MONEY. And not always in that order. The truth is somewhere WAY down on the priority list, along with things like responsiblity, accountability, fair play, democracy, and other minor nuisances.
