That is the quote from CNN's Suze-AHN Malveaux this morning. "Of course," as if you're too dumb to pick up on the fact that they are just now glomming on to this angle for the first time in four years. But that was part of the "news" report.
"Of course, George Bush patterned his presidency and his philosophy after that of President Ronald Reagan."
Passing the torch...Bush will probably just light his farts with it.

just like Reagan, manipulating and making up intelligence to support an ideologically driven agenda (for Reagan on Soviet Union, for Bush on Iraq); lying and deceit as the central essence of each of their administrations; attempting to gut environmental laws; demonizing people who are different (poor folks, gays, people who are not white)
They are correct. All the evils we are seeing under Bush are the same kinds of evils that were perpetrated under Reagan.

I thought so.

CNN is BS. They have oh...about 450,000 viewers. And realize that the dumb ass suckers pay for it. Then I have to read about it here. Please ,if you have to watch cable "news" spare us your rants.
Fox is a about 850,000 and Msnbc is about 250,000. There are about 100,000,000 tv households in the USA.
Can you and others get the clue? Cable TV has less credentials than pro wrestling. However the Big show must be better. Geez, get a life.

It is best not to know what the "enemy" is thinking and doing. We've come so far as democrats by sticking our heads in the sand and letting the GOP-controlled media lie about what we're about, while advancing the right-wing agenda.
I suggest everyone here just stick to reading your local alterntative paper (which is also owned by a giant media conglom) and get all your news from people who already agree with you.
Seemed to work for Bush.
As for "I thought So," I'd say "welcome," but I don't think you'll be around too long.
