Based on the number of times people have felt the need to assure us of this over the last week, as well as over the last 20 years, I think it's pretty safe to conclude he was even dumber than we thought.
I don't think many people will need to be told how intelligent Clinton is, for example, they can just see for themselves, read his books, listen to his speeches.
