So, when Kerry's in the White House, will Fox News reporters |
|
be allowed in the White House Press Room?
I say FUCK them. They get to stay outside and beg for scraps.

2. unfortunately that doesn't really work |
|
fox lies anyway. and if kerry were to do something overt like exclude them from press conferences, it only gives them more ammo. they can then step up the visciousness of the lies and say the white house was 'not available for comment'.

He has his little personal press doggies. I say Fox News should be totally blacked out from all Democratic Party activities, in particular the White House.

6. I don't think propaganda outfits should be allowed access |
|
I mean, come on, they are not legitimate news, they're a stroke fest for idiots.

8. 100% agreement in theory |
|
Unimplementable and wrong in practice.
We should have tighter laws with bigger fines for faulty or inaccurate stories.
But they're too busy fining Howard Stern.

9. I'll go along with that |

I'll never forget the first time I heard a blatant LIE on FOX - it's a pattern now, and they are not challenged.

11. Agreed. See my post number ten. If you are a "news" organization.. |
|
you have to actually report "news."

I don't watch FOX, but I think Kerry can handle them when he's president.

10. Kerry's second intiative: You can't call yourself a "news" organization.. |
|
Edited on Thu Jun-17-04 06:55 AM by Kahuna
unless you actually provide news instead of spin and punditry under the guise of news. If you interject news reporting with spin you must provide a disclaimer that you are a source for "entertainment." Not "news."
Of course, Kerry's first initiative should be a thorough investigation of all things bushco.
