- Ken Lay will become Secretary of Treasury.
- No more 4 cylinder engines.

3. A critical change in voting laws...

To prevent something like what happened in 1992, 1996, and 2000 (with those dirty democrats winning more votes than the republicans), the right to vote will only be granted to white protestant males over the age of 40, who have more than 1 million dollars in cash. Obviously, only those people can run, too.
