that it is related to the news that the patriot act makes U.S. law applicable to any U.S. government facility anywhere. That means Gitmo is not out of the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts after all. Given that, all hell may be about to break loose over Gitmo.

Yeeha! They deserve it, sho 'nuff.

I guess the supremes will be sitting up and taking notice of that little tidbit of info. They heard the Gitmo case awhile back and are due to make a decision soon. The felonious five must be looking for a way to void the Patriot Act.

Maybe we'll get a two-for-one special? Bush gets hammered and the Patriot Act gets it's deserved unconstitutional ruling.
