The difference between Clinton's Lies and Bush's Lies: |
|
Clinton's lies haven't cost the lives of over 600 Americans, and countless others....
I had to get that off my chest after listening to the 'liberal' media ranting about Clinton's 'attempt to salvage his presidency' with his new book.
I'm done now.
Good morning!

I had to listen to that same spin this morning on the way to work (well, I didn't have to... but I guess I enjoy screaming at the top of my lungs while I drive.) They were trashing Clinton's appearance on the tele last night. When the DJ said, "Clinton llllied" I spit coffee all over the dash and ran over the neighbor's cat.
To quote the bumper sticker: When Clinton lied, nobody died.

3. The more the RW pundits trash Clinton |
|
On a personal level, the more people will remeber the 1990's and how much better it was, the more contrast between Clinton and how he was absolved from every scandal and Bush who's crimes are real and worse by comparision.
The more people will see that "Bush Hating" was spawned from "Clinton Hating", these pundits will look like even bigger hypocrites.
It does not make me sick, because the wignuts took the bait, and our finally getting their fix after 3 and 1/2 years.
Let them expose their hatred.

5. The motivation. Bush lies to amass wealth & power in hands of people who |
|
do nothing productive for society and cause a great deal of misery.
Clinton lied so that people like that couldn't take the reigns of government, and also to protect himself and his family from embarrassment.

6. 800+ lives, thousands of innocent civilians, and the respect of America... |
|
... worldwide. That's what Bush's lies have cost us, so far. We're only a few years in.
His lies have also cost Americans a crumbling environment, job security, civil rights, and the general feeling of well-being and military superiority that even those on the right enjoyed.
Good post, and it's important to point it out everytime the RW starts screeching about Bill "I'm not the President anymore" Clinton's "lies."
