New bush ad-pessimism never created a job--and neither has Bush
New bush ad-pessimism never created a job. referring to Kerry's pessimism about the economy. Kerry should run a new ad that goes something like this. Pessimism never created a new job--and neither has Bush.

4. Ah the cycles
Bush's reign has had us in the doldrums so long that despite his 'best' efforts the economy will increase. Krugman noted this same growth cycle when the so-called Reagan boom occurred.

5. Funny thing about those numbers Bush defenders (apologists) use
to say "look at the pretty economy!"

Yeah, maybe there have been 1.whatever million jobs created.

That still leaves him to create a ton more just to break even.

And, of course, you have to ignore that a bunch of military personnel had to leave their jobs to serve in "The War on Terror"(tm), leaving a bunch of temps to pick up where these people have left off. This is another reason why you have to keep the War going - All those people will lose their jobs when the people they were replacing come back to reclaim their jobs.
