Judging from the NPR report, it sounds like he'll be dropping out of the race. In fact, you'd almost get the impression that if it was a Republican CA judge who ordered the records released, it was because the Republican Party wanted him to so they could have an excuse to pull a Lazio and see if they could find someone with a better chance of beating Obama.
