Im amazed but not really surprised that the press and media have taken Clinton's autobiography and focused solely on the 16 or so pages that deal with his affair with Lewinsky.

How is it that 8 years of a presidency, not to mention his life gets ignored for the most part? Listening to these people, you would think that the affair defined Clintons time in office.

Now, when you look at how things are, how many of you wish the biggest problem going on was whether or not Bush lied about a blowjob?

I hope someone from the media reads this and realizes that if they would put just half the effort into questioning this administration as they do in re-visiting the tawdry affair of Clinton, they might actually recover some of their credibility.

Meanwhile, all the blowjobs in the world will not erase the good that Clinton did. I for one, miss Bill.

3. A couple of things about Lewinsky still need examining.

First among them being Starr's granting her transactional immunity.

"Transactional immunity, legal experts said, is the broadest kind of immunity, excusing any of Lewinsky's prior conduct in exchange for her testimony. Because it is unlimited, this type of immunity is rarely granted; "use immunity" is more common." (Emphasis added.)
