Anyone catch Hannity & Colmes? |
|
Kirsten Powers and Ann Coulter were on there tonight discussing Clinton's book, Bush, etc. I've never seen Powers before but she's not only very attractive, she's very intelligent as well. She didn't dominate Coulter and Hannity but she stuck to her guns a lot more than other liberal guests that have been on the show before.
On a side note, I have to say Ann was looking terrible. Lay off the cigarettes and wine, eat something, and get a little sun.

2. I caught about 2 minutes of it.... |
|
and that was about all I could stomach.
When Hannity started accusing Clinton of being a "liar and a rapist," I had to change the channel.

Curled up at Hannity's feet as usual, I'm guessing.

that part of H&C - had to step out for a minute. I like Flavia Colgan; she's on MSNBC alot - especially Scarborough Country. She's a babe, smart, and spunky as hell.

Hard to pay attention because Kirsten Powers is one pretty lady. :loveya: And I thought she did well. Her and Colmes actually went after Anthrax Culture pretty well before Hannity started opening his big mouth. Once that happens, no one else gets a word in edge-wise.
Ann Coulter looked like the washed-up harpy she is, and she was an idiotic asshole as always. :puke:

7. I saw Hannity shrugging off the police brutality, then left. |
|
Can someone tell me why conservatives always seem to take the side of law enforcement when they're caught doing something wrong? I don't understand how anyone could argue that government is too pervasive, then shrug off pictures of an agent of the state beating someone.

http://www2.observer.com/observer/pages/punkpolitics.htmMs. Powers was an executive at AOL after her stint as a deputy assistant to the U.S. Trade Representative for Public Affairs under President Clinton. She is emerging as one of the Democratic Party’s national voices. "It is smart political strategy as well as Democrats’ patriotic duty to challenge the president repeatedly for lying to get us into a war he has no plan to get us out of," she wrote recently in USA Today.
With the 2005 Mayoral race approaching, Ms. Powers and Ms. Bluestein are among those now arguing that local Democrats should mount a clearer, more consistent challenge to the Republican Mayor and Republican Governor. "New York politics is very serious business, and people have to see it that way," Ms. Powers said.
"People say, ‘Oh, you’re Democrats in New York … everybody’s a Democrat in New York,’" Ms. Bluestein said. "But we keep electing Republicans to executive offices. There really is a need to fight for a definition of Democratic ideals."
