Why does terrorism always go up while Republicans are in office?
Two of the highest terrorism incidents have been during Republican watch 1983(Reagan) 2003(Bush).

2. Terrorism is a tactic....it neither goes up or down
...anymore than the use of the ambush, the vertical envelopment, or the Blitz does in any particular frame of time.

Intensity of anti-American violence may well have gone up as you claim.

Terrorism is a noun that denotes the act of a particular verb, it is not a noun in-and-of itself.

It can never be found, or isolated, or defeated...any more than justice can.

4. 'cuz even maniacs tend to only kill people when they're being fucked with
and Republicans fuck with people more. Much as we invariably support Israel, under Carter and Clinton we kept the dialog open and tried to make some moves toward fairness. It goes alont with the spirit of liberalism: people have the right to be different. Reactionary nutcases want to eradicate anything different.

This is ot an issue of justification or fairness, it's pure causality.

But then, you knew this...

If you've never read it, you are in for a shock!...

Read about the Right-Wing "Master Plan": http://www.zmag.org/chomsky/sam/sam-contents.html

Have you read "War is a Racket"?: http://lexrex.com/enlightened/articles/warisaracket.htm
