Reagan on Bush: "Lying Occupant of the Oval Office-similar to Bin Laden"
Yes, folks, its the official description of George W. Bush and his legacy, summarized by a member of the Reagan family....

It is currently being replayed on CNN on Larry King Live (Midnite PST/3AM EST)...here's the transcript for those who missed this absolutely delicious body slam delivered with great skill by Ron P. Reagan, youngest son of Ronald W. Reagan, regarding George W. Bush.

http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0406/23/lkl.00.html

I love it! He doesn't even refer to him as the President...he stops himself short of saying it and then says "current occupant of the Oval Office"....

Talks about his "Lies", compares his "talking to God" as no different than OBL's consulting Allah for War....

Great Stuff....

2. He was great tonite! I don't think he's being disloyal to his Dad's memory
...In fact I think its out of loyalty and protecting his father's name that are driving his speaking out....

I said over two weeks ago when his Dad' died that within a few weeks after all the pomp and circumstance that he (Ron Reagan) would start speaking out against Bush....and boy, oh boy did he ever today...Bush and Rove must be sh*ting in their pants today....

hee hee...

I think by the way that this interview was the "Shot over the Bow" by Reagan and the Creative Coalition - stay tuned....

3. I never accused anyone in the Reagan family of being stupid
Crazy and evil, yes, but not stupid. And it would take a complete moran (sic) not to see what's happening...

4. True, and I think RR Jr is trying to make sure those that might need a
...little "help" hear it directly from the mouth of a Reagan that Bush is no Reagan....

It was priceless hearing him go on about Bush, the war, the republican party, stem cell research etc...

He's definitely not crazy and evil, although I suspect the Freepers are all saying he is....

5. Oi Pachamama!

I was at the gym on an elliptical, ignoring the stupid TVs, until I glimpsed RP Reagan and happened to catch the juicy part just in time... I nearly fell off the machine!

"... everybody thought I was talking about George -- but people connected with George W. Bush thought I was talking about George W. Bush. And then I began to think, maybe I was, I just didn't know it."

Then when King asked him if he thought Bush wears his religion on his sleeve:

"When you hear somebody justifying a war by citing the almighty, God, I get a little worried, frankly. The other guys do that a lot. Osama bin Laden's always talking about Allah, what Allah wants, that he's on his side."

And the part where he comments on the war:

"Absolutely, a terrible mistake. Terrible foreign policy error. We didn't have to do it. It was optional. And we were lied to."

Again, I nearly ended up on the floor:

"The American public was lied to about WMD, the connection between Osama bin Laden and Saddam, which is virtually nonexistent except for fleeting contacts. But they're still trying to pull that one off now, Cheney and all are out there flogging that."

WOW!!!

And He'll vote ABB!!! Wahoo!

Edited because I cannot type...

Making Shrub pResident Shithouse.

Which brings us to vermillion outhouses...you can dress it up in gold, call it anything you want...but it's still a shithouse and it still reeks of shit.
