Is Stephen King a liberal?
I've heard that he is, but I wasn't sure. I just recently started getting into his writings.

22. Wow!
He's quite a good Democrat!

Do you think he could write a horror story to be published in October about American if Bush is elected in November?

16. Careful with Asimov
First off he's dead. But while he was alive he was a major misogynist. Careful who you put on pedestals. You elevate all aspects of them when you do so.

But I did meet the man and know people that worked with him and he was a pig. I love his books. But I will not put him on a pedestal.

21. Bradbury just upset over lack of press attention
to his work which inspired the title of Moore's film.

Moore will write a letter, Ray will get some free press out of it, and all will be good.

Let's face it, when Asimov's and Dick's stories are still being turned into films even though both are dead, Bradbury must be feeling left out. Besides, who here thought he was dead?

12. well, from reading his books...
...he seems to be someone who finds Christian fundamentalists scary. His books also seem to be anti-authoritarian. A lot of his plots have to do with the people versus some out-of-control big business/government totalitarian monolith.

25. Yes he is.
He was a resident of Bangor, Main. Back in '84, I was a delegate for Gary Hart and Stephen had a fundraising social at his house....he's a down to Earth guy that supported the local community.
