Justice Scalia did something good for a change.
Scalia ruled that a judge can't make his own findings for harsher sentences beyond what a jury has convicted someone of.

1. Quick!
Scalia's judicial penis pump has run amok and sucked out his brain! Someone save the poor man! Oh, the humanity!

2. Probably to toss a bone to us for
keeping Cheney's energy papers away from public scrutiny.

3. Incorrect statement. The vote was 7-2 to make the lower court...
...make a ruling on the issue. Right after the decision was rendered, Ted Olson, Solicitor General of the U. S., resigned effective sometime in July 2004. IMHO, Olson failed to get the SCOTUS to completely dismiss the case.

Additionally, FratBoy will be representd by outside counsel from now on because lawyers working for the government can be compelled to testify in Grand Juries.
