Can anybody tell me why Rob Lowe & Warren Buffett... |
|
are supporting Schwarzenegger? Both of whom are dems, yet are not only supporting Arnie, but are helping in his campaign. What is the MO here? I just don't get it. http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn/A40-2003Aug15?language=printer

to be a democrat....Now he has vocal democrats backing him....He's a switch hitter! He's going to clobber the repugs in their own game.
Rob Lowe is very close to his father, a strong democrat, a highly respected lawyer in dayton, Ohio....I doubt he would alienate himself like that with his father. There is a catch.....

4. Then he'll switch - betcha! |

can you imagine coming to this country at 18 with just a few cents and accomplishing what he has accomplised? What's he worth - 800 million? Not only that - he's charitable. He's a very shrewd businessman.

3. So, if he gets elected, will he be "coming out"? |
|
(Not that I believe in this recall and especially the illegal way that it has been crammed down Califorians throats.)

5. Been wondering the same thing |

Especially Warren Buffett Do we really know Buffett is a Dem?
Unless someone shows me quotes of Arnolds views where he has stated his beliefs on a variety of issues, then stop the 'hes a liberal' routine because nobody knows. Hes doing all that he can to prevent his views from being public knowledge. What does that say.
In the Bush campaign if you'll remember they did their best by using media, etc to paint Bush as a moderate. Remember the articles about the Right wingers saying Bush was too liberal? Same thing. Paint him a moderate and use Democratic principles when talking and keep a low profile on the real agenda. (Special interests are bad like he said on Leno, only problem is he met with Ken Lay and others during the energy crisis here in California).
