whenever I hear the phrase 'I take full responsibility' uttered by anyone with connections to *'s administration. The real meaning: 'I take no responsibility.'

lots of what he did WAS legal. That's why it's disgusting when Bush goes "We just need to enforce the laws we already have."

to people who lost money and be willing to serve possible prison time? Taking responsibility means accepting the consequences.

5. A Japanese CEO would have committed suicide by now
for loss of face. Lay doesn't have any class. Right now, he's just doing and saying what his PR people have told him to say.
