All kinds of people were there, all races, from young to old, rick and poor. It was very cool to be around so many different types of people.
We saw many turned away, tickets for tonight's 7pm sold out yesterday!
People ARE coming out to see this movie!
They want to know what the fuss is all about, thank god for Micheal Moore.

As we were walking in all I heard people talking about was F 9/11. Everyone is seeing this movie. I think our focus should be on getting conservatives to see it.
Edit: To prevent anymore laughing! :P

I am so freakin glad this movie is out, I hope it spreads like wildfire, people need the see the truth. A bunch of my co-workers and I bought tickets the night before the show at work online for the first showing. Lucky we did becuase when we got there practically all shows were sold out and the lobby was full people lining up to buy tickets. The movie got a standing ovation, it was great. Bush is going down come November!!!

I'm hoping to see it this week even though it's going to be a drive to get there.

3. I live in Portland Oregon and knew it would be crowded.... |
|
so I have yet to see it. However, I did watch "The Big One" about corporate downsizing that Moore did when it played Thursday on IFC. The theaters were packed all weekend here and I'm hoping to see it tomorrow or Monday. I'm sure it will have "legs" and keep cranking out a lot of revenue. There will be a lot of faithful who will see it multiple times...
I just hope it does a huge amount of business in moderate dem and moderate repub communities and fosters conversation about the issues and these people can seriously question Bush's actions instead of agreeing with everything he says in lockstep.
THough I haven't seen that movie yet I did go to Borders to buy Clinton's book on it's first day of release last Tuesday. It's cute today I saw they had his book right next to Hillary's paperback book. RIGHT ON!
My brother lives in Nashville so I'll have to ask him if he's seen it yet or plans to right way. He's a converted Republican who's PISSED at Bush
