The "This is all staged" woman |
|
I was just thinking...Do you think she knows that she's in the movie yet? I mean, I'm guessing she hasn't gone, so unless she has a friend that went, she might still not know what's happened yet. Kinda funny.
Also: do you think she'll go public? Like go on TV and appeal? I really don't think she will--if I were her I would just lay low; people don't even know her name, so theres really no reason to let people know exactly who she is. Any thoughts?

1. I would think that Moore |
|
would need to get a release from her before he could use the scene in a movie.

The rules for shooting a documentary in a public place are much more loose.

that she works for a GOP legislator.
Also, you need NO release for a documentary film that I am aware of. Though one usually obtains one.

5. She'd have to sign a waiver |
|
to be included in the movie, otherwise Moore would have had to cut that scene. My guess is that she's proud of her performance in telling the world that a grieving mother was staging the whole thing.
People who know who she is will be seeing this film. I have a sneaking suspicion her 15 minutes of fame are just starting.
Pity her.

7. May need to check, but if your face isn't shown.. |
|
.. I don't think you have to have a waiver.
Remember all the people's faces blurred out on COPS & other shows? but if it's just profile or back of head it's fine?
(I once was in a group of people and a photographer was taking our pix.. I happened to look up just as snapped it and he called me aside and had me sign something.... 'probably wont use tho, since you ruined the shot'.. but no one else in the group did).

I think the rules are looser for documentaries in public places. I mean, she walked on camera; that seems like permission enough.

6. Missed it in the film... |
|
.. was this the same women who yelled to the mother of Pederson "Blame al-Qaeda!" (not bush)?
And she responsed about how ignorant the general population was? Or was there another 'lady' outside the view of the camera?

She is the embodiment of a word that starts with C and ends with T but that we can't use on DU.
Oh well, I beleive in Karma. I'm sure the old sea hag will get hers someday.

14. She really annoyed me. What a jerk. She was a bully. |
|
She just had to get the last word in didn't she. No compassion for her son's death, just yea, a lot of people have died. Can't be wrong under any circumstances. This woman definitely has a home with the right wing.

17. If she does see the movie, I wonder if she'll realize what an asshole she |
|
is. Screaming at a mother grieving for a lost child has to be one of the scummiest things you can do.
