Did Bush drink a beer in the F911 Scene where they are playing horseshoes? |
|
He takes a drink of something in a bottle... looks like a beer bottle. Anyone know?

1. They say that he drinks non-alcoholic beer |
|
His campaign doesn't like even that activity being taped, though, because he drinks it with "gusto"

Edited on Sun Jun-27-04 06:42 PM by fryguy
seriously though, i don't recall who said it, but with regards to non-alcoholic beers - its for people who don't want to get drunk but still want to piss alot.....
edit: don't non-alcoholic beers still have some alcohol in it - like .5% or something - or have they figured out a way to make them 100% non-alcoholic?

8. There are some (German imports) that are 100%... |
|
but none of the domestics. They all contain 0.5% or so.

11. I thought it looked like Shiner Bock |
|
I loooove Shiner Bock...a wonderful beer brewed in Shiner, TX (for those who don't know). Funny. I saw it, thought it was Shiner, but completely forgot that Bush supposedly doesn't drink anymore.
Bush drinking alcoholic beers wouldn't suprise me...in fact, it would explain a lot for me.

10. The only people who enjoy non-alcoholic beer are teetotalers |
|
who don't want to look like party-poopers in a festive setting. Ex-alcoholics know that anything that tastes like an alcoholic drink even if it has no alcohol can cause recidivism. I have know alcoholics who won't eat anything cooked in a wine sauce because it reminds them of wine even though the alcohol has cooked off. Near beer has a small percentage of alcohol in it as well, so it's not entirely non-alcoholic and can set off an alcoholic to seek a stronger brew. I'm sure Prezident Busch is drinking the real thing.
