The Secret Service has access to the communications systems used by the President and often double as communications conduits for things like CRITIC traffic. There is no question that the President was in a position to know what the FAA knew, as long as either the SS asked, or the FAA voluntarily passed on the info.

Cheney admits the Secret Service had open lines to the FAA, therefore Bush should have known about the hijackings and events in New York before he reached Booker Elementary.

In Washington, CIA Director George Tenet and David Boren, former chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, were having breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel three blocks from the White House.
"Out of the corner of my eye, I could see several people converging on our table," Boren said. "One of them said to George Tenet, 'Mr. Director, the World Trade tower has just been attacked by an airplane.' I was struck by the fact he used the word 'attacked.'"

An aide handed a cell phone to Tenet.

"After he … handed the cell phone back to his security person," Boren recalled, "he said to me, 'You know, this has bin Laden's fingerprints all over it.'"

1. bush visit was planned. He needed to be in a safe place away from attacks

No attacks were going to take place in Florida, so it was a safe place for bush to be. But, obviously Florida wasn't chosen "just" because it was a safe place. It was also a strategically chosen place: Think about it.

His handlers place in a very sympathetic setting (elementary school), in
a critcally important election state where feelings were still running high about the stolen election. Great opportunity to win over some voters who would feel kindly towards the "compassionate" President who came to their state to visit with adorable school children, and then have these "terrible" attacks happen.

The disinformation people and apologists for the Official Conspiracy Story will tell you it was merely a coincidence, or whatever they think you'll "buy", in lieu of the truth.

After Card told Bush about the attacks, it took him 7 minutes
to figure out he needed to call his boss (Cheney) for
instructions on what to do.
