Crazed freepers outraged by F911 success, plan theatre blockades
Edited on Sun Jun-27-04 10:39 PM by jsw_81

This is getting way out of hand. It is time for Fox News, the Bush Campaign or the RNC to produce a program or even a document Refuting 911 Point by Point to show America that Moore's Film is 100% Lies, Lies, Lies!

Where is the Bush Campaign on this one? I am getting a bit ticked off. Bush could even address the nation and prove to everyone that every single thing that Moore says about, him and his family is a Lie!

Damn this is Frustrating!

I am here in Austin, Texas and I am Ready to not only protest at move theaters but blockade the theaters if need be.

Back in 1988 here in Austin I was arrested with Mark Weaver and Operation Rescue blockading an abortion clinic to save lives. Why not no the same think for this movie. If we do so we not only save lives but save America from a Kerry Regime.

Look, wish it were otherwise, but it's a simply astounding financial success. No other way to spin it. Doesn't mean I like it or plan to go see it, but sometimes you have to call it like it is.

We need to face the fact that Moore just kicked our asses.

Yes, he's primarily preaching to his idiotic choir. Yes, his "facts" are being taken apart one by one.

But there's no way to spin this into anything but a loss for us.

Here is my Rational for Blockading the Movie.

Operation Rescue has been successful in SAVING LIVES by protesting and Blockading Abortion Clinics. NOT ONLY did they SAVE LIVES but also began to turn the tide of opinion America Against Abortion.

MOORE'S FILM will NOT ONLY cost AMERICAN LIVES (KILL PEOPLE) but MAY also turn the tide of opinion AGAINST the President. IF Moore is successful, Kerry will be Elected and America is doomed.

Moore is not simply aiming to sway an election he is using propaganda to incite a coup de tau against President Bush.

WHICH WEALTHY REPUBLICAN OR GROUP WILL STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND FUND A FILM?

I am prepared to write the answer to the justification for war --- the threat from Hussein, the WMDs, and the links between al Qaeda and Iraq. A company which has produced over 200 films is prepared to produce it.

Where is the GOP businessman or group who is ready to spend the money to get the truth out there and counter the American-hating slob and his crockumentary?

We are running out of time.

"coup de tau"

I kind of like that. Coups are normally kinda violent, but "coup de tau" actually sounds like a peaceful transfer of power. You know, the kind provided for in a true democracy, where votes of the people, rather than the Supreme Court, are the ones that count.

I say we adopt "coup de tau".

Funny you mention that tau sounds peaceful.

If I recall correctly, there's a topic in theoretical computer science called process calculi or CSP (communicating sequential processes) where the Greek letter 'tau' is used to stand for a silent action. (Google 'silent action tau'.)

Either way the poor freepers just can't seem to win - they try to avoid speaking French and they end up speaking Greek!

2. An elementary particle of the lepton family, having a mass about 3,550 times that of the electron, a negative electric charge, and a mean lifetime of 3 × 10-13 seconds. See table at subatomic particle.
3. The common American toadfish.

Um, here I am in Texas, I've seen it twice at two Dallas-area theaters and the very IDEA of anyone trying to blockade the block-long lines I saw to the sold out showings is hilarious!!!

Also there were 15 police officers at the Arlington theater. Normal for that theater is one, maybe two at the most.

I'd really love to see them try this, but they won't. It's too wildly popular.

126. Not true
Public figures can actually sue for defamation, but the standards of proof are much higher than for the average citizen. Since the case involves free speech concerns, a public official who brings a defamation suit must prove that the defamatory statement was made with actual malice. John Doe, however, would not have to meet such an elevated burden.

24. The movie makes its case through actual footage
of the people themselves! When will the idiot freepers realize these are not LIES--its a documentary film of actual footage of Bush being an idiot, of Bush sitting in the classroom looking like a scared bunny, of Bush and Daddy Bush with the Saudis, of soldiers actually saying what they are saying!

Maybe the freepers can argue context and that sort of thing, but the damn film is actual footage of the people and events!

That is what makes the film so powerful--the people in question are on film proving Moore's points.

28. How come we never call them America haters?
Arguably they are. But isn't this just another way to say someone is a traitor? They don't have the guts to call Moore a traitor. They just call him an America-hater.

Someone should ask Bush whether he thinks Moore hates America. "Why, Mr. President, do some of your supporters constantly treat other Americans who disagree as America haters? Is that how you see dissent?"

You know what? I'll bet Bush hates dissenters.

Yeah, I'll bet they'd be lining up to watch it....(They better get a really wealthy sponsor to 1. finance the movies, 2. pay theaters to show it; 3. pre-buy tickets in massive bulk 4. pay "extras" to show up; 5. buy off the reviewers; 6. pre-buy the DVDs in bulk;)

Hmm, a half billion $$$ loss for saving face? Sure, guys, go for it....

Edited on Sun Jun-27-04 10:50 PM by thatgirl
if any of it were false ,you fucking idiots.

It's not. That's why the press and RW critics are focuisng on things like wether or not a Congressmen had a nephew in IRaq or if the Bin Laden family flew out on the 13th or 14th.

The connections to the Saudis, the Taliban visit's to Texas, the Forty million dollar gift, the lies about WMDs.... IT'S ALL TRUE.!

Is it ever going to dawn on these fools that Limbaugh, Hannity O'reilly, not one of them can even begin to refute these points. That is why they aren't doing it.

If Bush appeared on primetime TV specifically to refute F-9/11, that would be the best form of flattery toward Moore. It's like MM's been saying, every time a freeper opens its mouth about the movie, more people want to see it.

Yes, why doesn't he? Gee, I don't know...MAYBE BECAUSE THEY AREN'T LIES?

I hope someday a light bulb will go off for some of the people that have been duped by Bush and this administration. If there was one clip from the film I wish they could see, it would be Bush at the fundraiser and his remark about being there with "the haves and the haves more." And then he goes on to say, "Some people call you the elite, I call you my base."

It sickens me to think of all the hardworking Americans who have been lied to by this administration and who Bush takes for granted come election day.

He does not, however, explain how watching the film will cost American lives, unless some freepers get so apoplectic at being confronted with the truth that they keel over from a stroke.

Now that I've had my laugh for this evening, I'm going to bed. All in all, hearing about F911's success has made for a pleasant weekend.

He could? Then why hasn't he? Where are the libel lawsuits? Therein lies the truth for the poor disgruntled people. :hi:

I find those freeper posts hilarious yet scary at the same time. Do these right wing idiots realize how much they have in common with the Taliban or Al-Qaeda? Get out of my country you ungrateful Bush loving, freedom hating scum!

127. Small minded assholes... talking big.
If these dung-brains had actually SEEN the film, then I'd be slightly more interested in their moranic babbling... at least they were coming to their wacked-out conclusions not out of ignorance.

They're frightened.. they're running scared. Let Fear Reign!! If they blockade the theatres, they will be comitting a crime.. and the police will have no choice but to open a can of whoop-ass on them. "Saving lives"? Saving face, is more like it.

Oh.. and Operation Rescue? Now we KNOW what kind of nuts we're dealing with.. One time i drove by a family planning clinic and witnessed some of those types accosting a young girl and her boyfriend tyring to go in to the clinic. I didn't know what they were going in for, nor did the blockaders... they were screaming at the couple, and the girl was crying... I jumped out of my car and got in between, and with my legs shaking and my voice cracking, I engaged the Operation Rescue types in some heated conversation, as I shooed the couple through the door of the clinic. I managed to get back into my car and drive away without getting whacked by one of their wooden signs. I was not doing it to facilitate an abortion.. which is what the wingnuts were saying.. but I did this to stick up for the couple they were attacking, and give them the CHOICE back in their own lives. These theatre-blockers are exactly the same mentality as the Operation Rescue types.. fear, hate, and fear. They should deal with the demons in their own hearts... and believe me, they are many. Nothing fars as fall as a right winger when they fall off the morality wagon.
