that way those of us who enjoy (occasionally) having a poke at them with sticks and watching them squirm can do so without irritating everyone else. Every know and then I kinda like watching a freep foam at the mouth, spitting "terrorist supporter" "communist" "traitor" - especially good when your having a bad day and need to feel better about yourself
Why ban them straight away when they can provide entertainment .
