Padilla should be released and Gitmo prisoners are entitled to lawyers. You loose AshKKKroft!!!!!!!!!

Head off attacks (a valid and good reason...occasionally the evil do something good if even by mistake).

in GD... I think they gave a big chunk of the victory to BushCo. I will have to wait until the dust is settled before I understand the meaning of this ruling.

6. By not ruling on the Padilla case, the lower court ruling stands...
and the bush admin lost that one, Padilla won it, that's why it was appealed to the USSC by the bush admin.

7. This was so predictible..they can get legal opinions about getting
around the Geneva Convention but had no idea that too deny a defense was against the constitution. They HAVE to distract from that.
