name the city and the party. It'd be cool to see DUers there!

I'll be in New Orleans at the party on Mazant.

For info about parties near you

1. Just found out my friend in town is having one.
I'm skipping my Jim Nickerson (local candidate) meetup to go to this instead.

2. We are having one at our house.
I saw it on Friday and my wife saw the movie last night. She could not sleep all night because of it. I'm really looking forward to the house parties to start to channel the energy everyone has after the movie.

BTW, funkybutt here's a belated welcome to DU. I love your name and the bar from whence it comes. I'm a giant Trombone Shorty fan.

I'll check TS' website for the logo. That's way cool. TS is gonna be one of the great ones.

21. Here's his latest recording
a neighbor of mine did the production...the logo isn't on that picture but i know they have t-shirts and banners for stages b/c i saw one at Jazz Fest. That's my neighbor's site, so if you're planning on ordering the cd...patronize his site. We worked on the logo together :)

What a great resource for the transplanted New Orleanian like me. It has just about everything I like in one place. They just need to add PJs coffee.

I almost picked up the phone the other day to call and see how you are doing. I haven't seen you around in awhile. Have you seen 911 yet?

If not go as soon as you get a chance.

I also want to introduce you to Jeff Smith (running for Gep's old seat). Jeff is a great guy. Drop me a PM if you are around again soon.

3. They're all full here in West San Fernando, Ca!
We don't have our high speed modem hooked up yet so we can't have one. But still this is a very good sign. People are really motivated by this film.

18. Golden's Bridge!!
Will it be at the old lefty colony on the lake? We had looked at a house there when we lived in Bedford Hills 12 years ago. Cool place!

16. I'm going to one in Durham
but I don't think it's yours. Sorry. I would have signed up for it, if I'd known the host was a DUer.

I didn't know about them until yesterday.

17. No worries.
We threw ours together at the last minute (okay, TODAY) and it will have to be small anyway because we don't have a bunch of space available.

Hope you have a great time at the one you attend, though!

24. I told my daughter in Durham
to quit feeling sorry for herself and go to the MoveOn site and go to a party tonight. Her fellow just moved out today and she's pretty torn up.
Maybe she will decide on yours! That would be so cool.
