Answer Please: Can Bush still declare you a "Enemy Combatant"? |

If so:
How long will it take to get a review of status?
I am hearing that Gitmo detainees get due process and that Padilla gets kicked back to lower court and Enemy Combatant status requires a the detainee to be able to challenge the detention and treatment in court.
But how long does it take?
Who decides when you get to appear in a court?
What Federal court?
What Judge?
What if the Judge is a Bush appointee? He says yup you are a enemy combatant then what?
If these questions aren't adressed I wouldn't be to quick to celebrate this Bush "defeat". Rather I would start making plans to get the hell out of this country FKA America.

1. In my opinion, if the media say it is a "Bush defeat" it is not such. n/t |
