If a retired school teacher and grandmother could figure it out, I don't know why those bozos who voted for IWR couldn't. It was as plain as the nose on your face-as was what the consequences would be if we invaded Iraq. I seem to remember that at first Dubya didn't even want to go to Congress for authority to go into Iraq. Finally, he decided to do it. He seemed to take the same attitude with Congress that he did w/the U.N. ("I'm going to do it no matter what you say")

So, what would have happened if Congress had called his bluff and said no?
