Bush got $800,000 from his illegal sale of Harken stock and put it into 3% of Rangers stock.

He was figurehead General Manager.

The team ripped off the city of Arlington then sold out.

Bush had been given additional stock to get him to 8%(or 10%) which bought him 15 Million.
